One of the best ways to enjoy the stillness of a winter day is snowshoeing. Wandering through a winter wonderland blanketed in white, the only sound is the crunch of snow and the wind through barren branches. Maybe you meander past evergreens with branches sagging heavily under snow. Like Robert Frost or Henry David Thoreau, your mind can wander while you enjoy the beauty of being outdoors. The only real question you’ll have to answer is whether you have hot chocolate or cider when you get back indoors.
